Everything was good with spotless and extremely spacious rooms. Awesome and stunning location, close to everything. Based near to shops and restaurants nearby, the lake which is fantastic with plenty to entertain on the walk, and Monte Brione...

Nothing to dislike.

Rooms are very good with good furniture. Toilets are clean and almost new. Receptionists are friendly. All rooms with balconies. Located near good restaurants and cafes but not near to the town centre which is located at about 1.6 km. Breakfast is acceptable; however, it does not include hot food except boiled eggs. I really recommend this hotel.

Very good breakfast with good coffee, clean pool with poolside well maintained, most helpful and very accommodating staff (with one exception). Two km walk to old town meant you got exercise - a good thing!

Room carpet had an slight odour and could benefit from a proper cleaning.

Absolutely shocking that in this day and age they want to charge 4.50 per hour to use the wifi. Staff not helpful on this and we discovered that if you go down the road you can find a free network. Breakfast was very poor quality for this price and very disappointing to not even have a good cup of coffee in Italy!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were recently upgraded and very comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. I also appreciated the kitchen facilities, which had everything I needed. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the lake and away from the main road, but still close to the center of town.

All aspects of my stay were ok.

We had a large suit- two separated rooms, kitchen with all facilities, nice bathroom.

Situated far from the city center and the lake.This is rather a hostel. At 30 degrees outside and 27 in the room the air -condition did not work. Bed breakfast.

i was there for the trip and had a wonderful stay, so i will definitely go again next time. the varied breakfast had lots of meals and the food i tasted was fab.
